Observation

0345(3) & 0345(5)(c) Cuando llegue(yo la licenciadora) toque la puerta y al ultimo me habrio la puerta un nino de 5 anos que segun tiene una condicion especial. La asistente estaba limpiando en la misma area y luego salio la proveedora del cuarto de jugar. Al entrar hacia adentro observe las dos puertas de atras abiertas. Habias tres ninos de edades 2-3 que estaban solos afuera. La proveedora continuio hablando con la licenciadora hasta que le tuve que decir que las ninas estaban solas. Los ninos entraban hacia adentro y afuera sin supervision. La proveedora tal como la asistente (su hija) estaban adentro. No estaban supervisando activamente a los ninos durante el tiempo de afuera. Me habia dicho la proveedora que tenia 8 ninos en total pero habia 7 ninos. Se habia ido un nino a la escuela. When this licensor arrived I rang the door bell once and knocked two times. At last the door was opened by a 5 year old child who was said to have special needs. The assistant was cleaning up in the same area and the provider then came out from the play room to greet this licensor. As I walked inside the home I observed the two sliding doors in the back that were wide open. I observed three children between the ages of 2-3 years old alone. The provider continued talking and I had to inform her that the children appeared to be alone. We confirmed this by going outside. The children would walk in and out of home by themselves without active supervision. The two staff remained inside. Lastly, the provider had told me that she had 8 children but when I counted in front of her there were 7 children. En otra occassion la nina de la provedora estaba en la area de cocina con la pressure gate puesta. No se podia salir y me pregunto que si podia ayudarle a salir. Le comente a la proveedora que su hija se queria salir. La preocupacion era la olla grande con agua caliente hirbiendo sin tapadera que pedia tocar la nina o caerse hacia arriba de ella. In another occasion the provider's daughter was left in the kitchen area with the pressure gate secured and an additional security method to prevent children from accessing kitchen. She was asking the licensor if I could get her out. I let the provider know that her daughter wanted out of the kitchen. The hazard was the large pot with boiling water without a lid. The child had access to the hot stove/pot and also the hazard of the pot falling over on the child. 0345(5)(b) La alarma de la puerta de enfrentre no estaba prendida. No hay alarmas en la puerta de emergencia de atras.
